There's always time for a ribbon

As Christmas approaches, gifts get to be made and wrapped up all pretty. Actually, this is what I've been up to lately - trying to find handmade gifts for friends and family, looking for inspiration and pretty materials for wrapping them and enjoying the Christmas markets at the same time.

Pearls make for a wonderful gift, don't you think?
And they look great in whimsical combinations.

I really like using kraft  or white paper for wrapping - I use it as a blank canvas on which I decorate with pretty things like clay stars, lace, feathers, pearls, ribbons and such.
