Do you like Oreos? We looove them! This is why I knew that getting together two yummy things, all will be well and deliciously delightful.
They are quite easy to make, you just need to be in the mood for baking and you can find the recipe on the lovely Just Love Cookin' blog.
I can't believe it's the last day of February! Thing a day was challenging, but so much fun + I ended up with a photo-pimping addiction.
I admired the work of so many, read their daily adventures and I'm looking forward to meeting up with them on thing a day next year.
Have a lovely 29 February and since we get it only once in four years, do something special!

@Cristina, How cool! I'm sure he'll love the sweet surprise. :)
@Sky Turtle, well it's really easy. I just mixed the cream for about 3 minutes I think (the key is that it needs to be cold, just out of the fridge) and the added the mashed oreos. The messy part is putting it on the cupcakes :p
